If you have health insurance, please let the office know in advance of your first appointment so acupuncture benefits may be verified.*

*To initiate the insurance verification process, please email stillnesswhirling@gmail.com with a photo or scan of the front and back of your insurance card, along with your date of birth. All personal information is kept strictly confidential, and will only be used to communicate with your insurance company. The office will contact you with the results of your insurance inquiry, usually within 24-48 hours.

UNINSURED, UNDER-INSURED, CASH CLIENTS:

Suzanne offers discounted time-of-service rates for uninsured and under-insured clients, which is offered to make acupuncture affordable for those living in Watsonvillle, CA and surrounding areas. Discounted rates are offered to encourage people to take ownership of their health and to lessen the emotional stress that many have around financing our healthcare.

Payment in full of time-of-service fees, or cop-pay/co-insurance, is due at each appointment. The clinic accepts cash and check only.
